xpost from AlienOrganics.net: Finally, the sequel for the "Subconscious Perceptions", my main, or side project within my art endeavours for over a year now, it took a while (!) Alternate title "Peekaboo", if you can find my eyes and head, its there, hidden in the details. Some of you mightve seen earlier versions and can tell from that, or the progress which is included in the full article as a 6-step scanned image sequence.
Pencil on A3 Bristol Slate paper, fixated a bit too many times, but turned out ok after some Photoshop retouch. I got the original prepared at 19k x 13k pixels for print, I think it does well as an A2 or even A1, some closeups are included too in the full article.
From time to time I upload webcamized drawings at Vimeo and Youtube, check AlienOrganics (channel for my Alien Organics art), Alternatively I also post these at IntrinsicFX @ Youtube.
Re-blog from AlienOrganics.net: So, I've made another video of an entire drawing, it is long but hopefully fun to watch :) The music is "Trippin" a tune I made back in 2006, never really "published", I got this one and more "unknown" tunes at http://soundcloud.com/intrinsicfx, and I'll add the finished drawing soon too! I'll add link to it's article when it is ready, enjoy :)
I posted a video on Vimeo showing some drawing sessions at 12.5x speed, you can see more of my drawings at AlienOrganics.net. It was a fun experiment to record it with webcam, so I will likely be uploading more of these later!
"Alien Organics" is what I've chosen over a decade ago to call my abstract art style, and it has developed into a wild mix of shapes and forms, inspired by artists like H.R.Giger, graffiti and street art, and since a kid, a passion for doodling on paper, extending into an "alienish" realm of more or less recognizable shapes, quite psychedelic I've been told. I've spent several 100s of hours on each of the newest drawings at the blog, recently having had a passion for using pencil, and some final digital retouch for printability.
Currently I sell some prints @ DeviantArt. And you can see much more drawings at AlienOrganics.net, more to come later!
